Carpathian eco-energy cluster: PEEC
The Carpathian Eco-Energy Cluster was created to increase the efficiency of all types of energy use and reduce the negative impact on the environment in Ivano-Frankivsk region by improving cooperation between business, science and the public sector.
The cluster's mission is to promote energy efficiency and renewable energy development, facilitate the implementation of energy-efficient solutions and startups to help turn the Carpathian region into a “center of green innovation.”
One of the ideas behind the cluster's effective functioning is its impact on the region and the ability to create mechanisms within the cluster to develop a favorable environment for the region's socio-economic development and attract investment funds for green energy projects. To this end, the cluster supports projects that may be informational, educational or commercial in nature and will be jointly implemented by the cluster members.
PEEC is not just an organization, it is a synergy of cluster members working in the field of energy efficient solutions to turn ideas into effective tools for the development of our city and region.
