One of the priority directions of the "New Economy of Ivano-Frankivsk" project is the development of cooperation between business and science environments. Applied science is one of the NEF focuses, and the team is working to strengthen community interaction, introduce entrepreneurs, startup founders, creators to scientists and scientific potential in Ivano-Frankivsk.
To better understand opportunities and build connections between environments, our team gets to know university communities. In June, we met with representatives of vano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas, last week we held meetings with scientists of Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University and PNU named after V. Stefanyka.
We discussed the possibilities, found out what research projects the universities that have plans are working on.
For their part, they talked about what entrepreneurs are interested in, what the NEF project directions are, what possible areas of cooperation and interaction are possible.
We see the value in involving scientists in project activities. In particular, already in the fall, we are organizing the European Days of Research and Innovation, where we will create platforms for communication between business and scientists, their acquaintance, networking, exchange of experience, and involvement of scientific expertise.
As part of the project, a scientific laboratory will be created at Promprylad, and the involvement of specialists in consultations on the creation of the laboratory is important.
