#SF A study visit of representatives of the structures responsible for the security of Ivano-Frankivsk to the partner cities of Sighet and Baia Mare was held as part of the project

      From October 10 to 13, there was a study visit of representatives of structures responsible for the security of Ivano-Frankivsk and Solotvyno, to Sighet and Baia Mare (Romania) within the framework of the "Safe Future" cross-border project.

      The purpose of the visit was to get acquainted with the status of the implementation of the main activities by the project partners in the Romanian partners and share the experience of implementing the project of Ukrainian partner cities. During the study visit, participants visited data centers in Sighet and Baia Mare,created within the framework of the project, and discussed common challenges and proposals for their solution. Representatives from Ukraine and Romania exchanged experience regarding the use of data centers and video surveillance cameras to improve the security situation in partner cities.

      The project "Safe Future" (SF, 1HARD/4.3/36) is implemented within the framework of the Joint Operational Program Romania-Ukraine 2014-2020 with co-financing from the European Union ENI CBC Romania-Ukraine 2014-2020 . The aim of the project is to build four data centers in each of the partner cities: Ivano-Frankivsk, Solotvino, Baia Mare and Sighet to maintain security and law and order in the cities.
