2nd Lviv Municipal Partnership Forum: New Horizons for Cooperation

The 2nd Lviv Municipal Partnership Forum, organized by the Cities4Cities United4Ukraine initiative, has recently taken place in Lviv. The event has become a unique platform for discussing cooperation between communities in Ukraine, the European Union and the United States at the local, national and international levels.

Speakers and participants shared practical ideas and experiences, focusing on
Opportunities for creating partnerships between communities in Ukraine and cities in other countries.
Exchange programs that help establish close cooperation between municipalities, implement European management standards and share successful cases.
Future plans, particularly in the context of Ukraine's post-war reconstruction, investment attraction, and infrastructure development.

Participants had the opportunity to communicate directly with representatives of the U.S. and Swedish embassies, USAID Chief of Mission Julie Cohen, and other experts.

Ihor Popadiuk, Director of the Department, spoke about the main challenges in implementing projects and emphasized the importance of interaction and support at all levels.
