#ALTHER Experience exchange with Romanian colleagues

For doctors of the Municipal Children's Clinical Hospital of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council, an experience exchange with Romanian colleagues in the field of alternative therapy for children with musculoskeletal and central nervous system disorders took place in Baia Mare.

During the exchange within the project "ALTERA - Alternative Therapies in Maramureș and Ivano-Frankivsk," medical staff had the opportunity to learn about new methods and approaches in alternative therapy. They attended a workshop dedicated to psychological aspects of patient care and canistherapy - a method of treatment and rehabilitation involving specially trained dogs.

The project "ALTERA - Alternative Therapies in Maramureș and Ivano-Frankivsk" (1HARD/4.1/37) is implemented under the Joint Operational Programme Romania-Ukraine 2014-2020, co-financed by the European Union through ENI CBC Romania-Ukraine 2014-2020.
