#Part4CM Switching to alternative fuel vehicles is one of the steps to reduce the negative impact on the environment
In addition to electric vehicles, which are already widespread in the world, hydrogen cars are one of the types of such vehicles. The Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine is working to create opportunities for the import of hydrogen cars into the country, as well as their production here. The innovations are envisaged by the new Draft Order "On Approval of Amendments to the Procedure for Approval of Vehicle Design,
Parts and Equipment". As it became known, the document also provides for the postponement of certain requirements for vehicles until 2025. This applies to the rules on seat belts, lighting and light signaling devices, and rear-view mirrors. The Ministry of Infrastructure also emphasized that there are currently no requirements for hydrogen vehicles in Ukraine. Hydrogen-powered cars do not harm the environment as they have zero carbon emissions. Increasing the number of such vehicles will reduce the level of negative environmental impact.
