#URBforDAN A presentation of the integrated development of the suburban forest management plan was held

            A public presentation of the integrated development of a multifunctional management plan for the peri-urban forest for Focus Area #2 took place as part of the project "Management and Use of Urban Forests as Natural Heritage in Danube Cities".

          We discussed the main ideas and ways to implement them, the introduction of further activities, new recreational areas, a study of users of Focus Area #2, an integrated multifunctional management plan for the peri-urban forest, new opportunities, and current issues.

         The project "Management and Use of Urban Forests as Natural Heritage in Danube Cities" is being implemented under the Danube Transnational Programme, financed by EU funds (ERDF, IPA and ENI). The Department of Investment Policy, Projects, International Relations, Tourism and City Promotion of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council is the responsible partner for the implementation of project activities in Ivano-Frankivsk.
