The weekend in Ivano-Frankivsk was spent celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Center for Polish Culture and European Dialogue. This important event gathered numerous guests and participants, which celebrated the center's achievements, implementation of various initiatives and his contribution to the development of Polish-Ukrainian relations. Emphasized the scale of the event the presence of such guests as Bartosz Cihotskyi, Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to Ukraine, Svitlana Onyshchuk, head of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration, Oksana Savchuk, deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Vitaly Fedorov, deputy mayor of Ivano-Frankivsk and also representatives of science, culture, business and public organizations.
One of the main events was a discussion panel, where the role of Poles in Ukraine in strengthening cultural dialogue and promoting socio-economic cooperation between our countries was discussed. Among other things, was organized a tourist and local history program called "Streets of Ancient Stanislavov" with the opportunity with the opportunity to immerse yourself in the ancient atmosphere of the city.
The final event was the final evening, dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the Center of Polish Culture and European Dialogue. Participants had the opportunity to recall joint achievements, to share emotions and plans for the future. Thanks and awards were given to employees, volunteers and partners who helped in strengthening Polish-Ukrainian cultural cooperation. The Executive Committee of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council also received an award for supporting the initiatives of the Center and established active cooperation.
This celebration was a great opportunity not only to celebrate the achievements of the Center of Polish Culture and European Dialogue, but also to show the importance of cultural exchange, dialogue and cooperation between Ukraine and Poland.
