     On June 1-2, was held a cross-border conference on preservation, development and promotion of cultural heritage 

     The conference was attended by representatives of local self-government bodies, institutions and organizations working in the field of culture, public organizations, scientists, historians, architects, specialists in the field of heritage management, representatives of museums, members of communities with cultural heritage, economic agents in the field of hospitality/tourism Ukraine and Romania.

     They discussed conservation cases, research, challenges and development of cultural heritage, as well as the involvement of innovative technologies.

     Saturated reports, heated discussions, sincere support for the fate of heritage and the harmonious development of tourism in the region based on cultural and historical heritage. During these two busy days, the participants managed to raise many important topics.

     In particular, we would like to thank our speakers and moderators who spoke on the following topics:

• Secrets of graffiti on the walls of the temple of St. Panteleimon of the 12th century. in Halych - Andrii Husak, researcher of the "Davniy Halych" Scientific Research Institute, researcher of the sacred architecture of princely Halych

• Archaeological and architectural objects of Stanislavov – Anna Serbin, architect, graduate student of the department of architecture and restoration of Lviv Polytechnic University

• Interpretation. Giving value to heritage - Lada Malaniy, head of the NGO "Agency for the Development of Private Initiatives", head of the "Heritage for Development" and "Heritage Ambassadors" projects, Democracy Support Fund (NED, USA), expert in marketing projects of the Ivano-Frankivsk Tourist Association

• Krasnodvir Castle Food Theater: prospects for preserving the castle in the city of Nadvirna in a state of permanent ruin - Volodymyr Hrynyshak, scholarship holder of the master's program of the Ukrainian Catholic University, expert of the project United by heritage: preservation of the historical heritage of the Pniv fortress in Ukraine and the Ardud fortress in Romania for the purpose of tourism development

• Modern methods of interpretation and popularization of cultural heritage on the example of the Halych Castle, the Museum of the History of Halych and the Museum of Ethnography - Marianna Batsvin, acting director. head of the scientific and educational department of the National Reserve "Davniy Halych"
