The overall objective of the project is to enhance the institutional effectiveness of the Botoșani County Council (Romania) and the Department of Investment Policy, Projects, International Relations, Tourism, and City Promotion of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council by strengthening their administrative capacity, digital infrastructure, and human resources. The project aims to bring about a sustainable improvement in both institutions’ ability to attract, implement, and report on EU-funded projects, as well as to improve communication with the public and promote greater transparency.
The expected outcome is a measurable increase in the technical and managerial capacity of both partner institutions, which will lead to improved quality of project proposals, better project implementation, and more effective communication with the public.
As part of the project, specialized equipment will be purchased to conduct online and offline training sessions on preparing, drafting, and implementing project proposals. In addition, a series of training sessions is planned, focusing on writing project proposals, budgeting, working with electronic systems, identifying key priorities, and properly preparing the documents necessary for the successful implementation of grant projects.
