#DAPHNE Ivano-Frankivsk continues dialogue with stakeholders
On August 27, 2025, the third meeting with stakeholders of the DAPHNE - Decarbonizing Healthcare in the EU Regions project, implemented under the Interreg Europe program, took place in Ivano-Frankivsk.
This event was another step towards creating a modern, environmentally sustainable, and energy-efficient healthcare system in our community.
Ihor Popadyuk, Director of the Department of Investment Policy, Projects, International Relations, Tourism, and City Promotion of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. He emphasized the importance of implementing innovative solutions in the field of energy efficiency in medical facilities and stressed that the DAPHNE project opens up new opportunities for partnership and development.
Project manager Anastasiia Bakhir presented the results of the second stage of the project and shared the best practices of European partners that can serve as an example for our region.
Dmytro Litvinov, a leading energy auditor at ADAMSON, spoke about modern approaches to energy efficiency, from choosing the right solutions to preparing high-quality project documentation.
Yaroslav Svidrak, CEO of ADAMSON, shared his experience of successful thermal modernization of facilities, implemented with the support of European partners, and explained how such projects help to save resources and improve conditions in medical facilities.
In the format of an open dialogue, participants had the opportunity to discuss key challenges, share their ideas, and develop proposals for further steps in implementing environmental solutions.
Thanks to such meetings, the community gains practical knowledge, new partnerships, and tools for real change. The DAPHNE project aims to help hospitals and medical institutions become energy efficient, reduce emissions, and create comfortable conditions for patients and staff.
