To the attention of all tour operators, the changes to the license conditions for conducting tour operator activities!

           According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 10, 2023 No. 22 on amendments to the Licensing conditions for conducting tour operator activities. In accordance with paragraph 6 of the License Terms, the licensee is obliged, together with the application for obtaining a license and other (previously determined) supporting documents, to submit to the STDA a document confirming the absence of control over the activities of the business entity in the sense specified in Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine «On the protection of economic competition», by residents of states that carry out armed aggression against Ukraine, in the sense given in Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine «On the Defense of Ukraine».

           All tour operators must submit documents (covering letter and supporting documents) in accordance with the updated license conditions in paper form within 4 months to the address: 01001, Kyiv, str. Prorizna, 2 or in the digital form to the e-mail address: adminservice@tourism.gov.ua
