#EdAH An inspiring space: teens create their own artistic worlds
Within the framework of the project “Educational-Artistic Horizons beyond the Borders” (EdAH), implemented within the Interreg NEXT Romania-Ukraine 2021-2027 program with the support of the European Union, we held an inspiring workshop for teenagers called “My Work in Space.”
The workshop focused on completing artworks and understanding how they could exist in real space - not only on paper but also in a physical, living environment. Artist Dasha Chechushkova created an incredible atmosphere of creative exploration, where each participant could feel like a true artist.
At the heart of the session was the idea of gradually shaping a project:
- working with tiles,
- exploring space,
- the theme of “the view from the window,”
- the journey from concept to visual realization.
Teenagers were invited to imagine how their works could exist in a gallery space: on walls, in corners, next to one another, or as part of a unified installation. Participants experimented, rearranged, rethought, and searched for the perfect way to present each piece.
The atmosphere was truly magical - full of creativity, mutual support, and genuine emotions.
