#EdAH “Object Poetry: Creating a Collective Work in Space”

Another workshop from the School of Contemporary Art was organized for teenagers within the framework of the project “Educational-Artistic Horizons beyond the Borders ”(EdAH), implemented within the Interreg NEXT Romania-Ukraine 2021-2027 program with the support of the European Union.

During the session, participants explored how objects can tell stories - how things, memory, and artistic expression intertwine. In a collective work format, they rethought the meaning of personal belongings as carriers of experiences, stories, and emotions.

Special attention was given to space: participants observed how objects interact with the surrounding environment and how an artwork can “fit” into a specific place.

The location - an abandoned part of a building - became a temporary laboratory for developing spatial thinking, imagination, creativity, and understanding the potential of the environment.
