#EdAH Shadow Theatre Workshop for Teens

This time, participants of the School of Contemporary Art workshop had the opportunity to dive into the world of light and shadow together with Zoriana Kozak.

They explored how simple shapes, movements, and everyday objects can come to life and tell stories.

Cut-out silhouettes, hand movements, and available materials — everything became a tool for creativity.

Teenagers experimented with distance, scale, and motion, observing how shadows transform and how magic emerges.

During the workshop, they collaboratively created a сюжет and text for a story, which they later brought to life through shadow theatre.

It was a space for imagination, collaboration, and discovery.

And one more reminder: sometimes just a bit of light is enough to tell an entire world 

This event took place within the project “Educational-Artistic Horizons beyond the Borders ”(EdAH)”,  implemented within the Interreg NEXT Romania-Ukraine 2021-2027 program with the support of the European Union. It was designed to bring together a shared route and deeply personal experiences of each participant, with a focus on documentary writing.
