#EdAH Workshop in preparation for an exhibition at Zachęta
Another inspiring event for teenagers took place at the School of Contemporary Art - a workshop focused on working with materials in the context of preparing for an exhibition at Zachęta (Warsaw).
Participants worked directly with selected materials, exploring their physical properties, limits, and interactions with the body and space.
The workshop focused on process: careful observation, experimentation, trial and error, and translating intuitive decisions into clearer artistic forms.
Alongside preparing works for the exhibition, the teenagers developed alternative, “side” ideas — as other possible versions of artworks or independent projects that emerged from the process of material research.
This approach made it possible to expand the field of thinking without being confined to a single final result, and to view the exhibition as part of a longer creative process.
The workshop series is implemented as part of the project “Educational-Artistic Horizons beyond the Borders ”(EdAH), implemented within the Interreg NEXT Romania-Ukraine 2021-2027 program with the support of the European Union.
