The Ministry of Digital Transformation and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine have introduced the national program "Future Perfect" on December 8, 2023.

       The Ministry of Digital Transformation and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine have introduced the national program Future Perfect. The program is implementing in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy and has received support from the «Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services / TAPAS» USAID / UK Aid and the East Europe Foundation.

       The program includes a new draft law regarding the use of the English language in Ukraine and gives the products and services for learning English. Among them is the online platform «Empower» from Cambridge University, availability to all Ukrainian universities and the «Promova» platform for learning foreign languages.

       «Empower» offers educational courses for adults and teenagers from the A1 to C1. The platform is free for Ukrainian universities and languages providers. More details can be found at the link .

       «Promova» allows learning English through the application and web version, providing Ukrainians with free Premium access to four English courses. Within Future Perfect, Promova offers free Premium access for three years not only to English courses but also to courses in other languages. More details are available at the link.
