A partnership that works in difficult times

In connection with the emergency situation that occurred in the city of Kyiv and led to significant damage to the energy and general urban infrastructure, Ivano-Frankivsk expresses its solidarity with the capital and its residents.

As a partner city, Ivano-Frankivsk sent an emergency team from the municipal enterprise Ivano-Frankivskvodotekhprom to Kyiv with a specialized vehicle to assist in the restoration and maintenance of critical infrastructure.

The specialized vehicle was purchased as part of the “Modern Methods of Water Supply System Management” project, which was implemented within the framework of the Small Projects Fund for Municipal Development Policy (KPF) in partnership with the German city of Erfurt. Support between communities and mutual assistance - regardless of country, language, or borders - is the foundation of resilience and the ability to overcome crises and restore critical infrastructure together.
