#IFSynergy Exchange of experience between Ivano-Frankivsk and Siedlce in the field of SMART water supply

On September 22, 2025, a delegation of representatives from Municipal Enterprise Ivano-Frankivskvodotekhprom visited Siedlce Water and Sewage Company Ltd to exchange knowledge and experience in the field of water supply and wastewater management. 

The visit was held as part of the project “IFSynergy - Cross-border cooperation in SMART management of water supply systems in Siedlce and Ivano-Frankivsk,” which is being implemented under the Interreg Next Poland-Ukraine 2021-2027 cross-border cooperation program.

The program included technical training at the SEKUŁA II facility, a demonstration of modern equipment, and a familiarization trip to a wastewater treatment plant. Participants had the opportunity to learn about the latest technologies in practice, share their own experiences, and discuss ways to further develop cooperation.

The meeting was an important step in the implementation of innovative solutions in the field of water supply and wastewater management, and confirmed the value of cross-border cooperation in improving the efficiency of municipal infrastructure management.
