#IFSynergy Advanced training for water quality control

As part of the project “IFSynergy – Cross-Border Cooperation in SMART Water Supply Management in the Cities of Ivano-Frankivsk and Siedlce”, implemented under the Interreg Next Poland-Ukraine programme, employees of the municipal enterprise “Ivano-Frankivskvodotekhprom” are undergoing regular training in working with a spectrometer.

The training combines both theoretical knowledge and practical exercises. Specialists are improving their skills in sample preparation, device calibration, conducting precise measurements, and interpreting analytical results. Particular attention is given to ensuring accuracy and compliance with current drinking water quality standards.

Continuous professional development enables the team to use modern laboratory equipment to its full potential, minimize measurement errors, and ensure reliable and consistent monitoring of water quality. This is an essential element of implementing SMART solutions in the water supply sector and strengthening public trust in municipal services
