#IFSynergy Water Quality - Monitored by Modern Laboratory Equipment

2026.03.30
As part of the information campaign of the project “IFSynergy – Cross-border cooperation in SMART management of water supply systems in the cities of Ivano-Frankivsk and Siedlce”, implemented with the support of the Interreg NEXT Poland - Ukraine 2021–2027 Programme, we are sharing important steps that help ensure safe and high-quality water for residents of our cities.????
Every time we turn on the tap, we trust that the water is clean, safe, and meets all standards. Water quality depends on the work of water utility laboratories, which conduct numerous tests every day to ensure our safety. In this area, the IFSynergy project is making an important step forward.
In Ivano-Frankivsk, a modern spectrometer has been purchased - a device capable of detecting even the smallest impurities in water. In Siedlce, in turn, a chromatograph will be acquired - a high-precision instrument that allows checking dozens of water quality parameters at the same time. This new-generation equipment ensures not only highly accurate analysis but also significantly speeds up the water testing process.
Now, even the slightest deviations from the norm can be detected quickly, allowing services to respond immediately and take the necessary measures. This is another step toward ensuring that the water in our homes is not only accessible but also safe. Confidence in water quality is the result of daily work by specialists, modern technologies, and a responsible approach to public health. Because the health of each of us is not a matter of chance, but the outcome of systematic work and constant monitoring.
