#INSPIRE Online Workshop “The World of My Thoughts”

As part of the INSPIRE - Inclusive and Nurturing Spaces for Progressive, Innovative, and Responsive Education, implemented under the Interreg NEXT Romania–Ukraine 2021–2027 programme, an online workshop was held for children aged 12–15 from the Ion Pillat Special Vocational and Technical School in Dorohoi and the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council’s Municipal Children’s Ecological Station.

The online workshop “The World of My Thoughts: Island of Strength” served as a platform for open communication, creative self-expression, and the development of emotional resilience among teenagers. Participants had the opportunity not only to get to know one another but also to better understand themselves and others, and to share their thoughts, dreams, and feelings.

During the meeting, schoolchildren participated in interactive exercises that fostered communication and empathy. In particular, the exercise “Bouquet of Fragrances of Friendship” helped create a warm atmosphere and highlight each person’s uniqueness. In the creative part of the workshop, the teenagers experimented with an unusual coffee-painting technique, combining creativity with a sensory experience.

The event concluded with a reflection session titled “Bouquet of Impressions,” where participants shared their emotions, and the final activity, “Hand of Gratitude,” symbolically united everyone in a shared gesture of support and unity.

This format creates a safe space for teenagers where they can develop self-confidence, creativity, and social skills while feeling the support of their peers, even from a distance.
