#InterCities Multinational Ivano-Frankivsk: discovering our shared history through culture

Within the framework of the project “Intercultural Consciousness of Multinational Cities: Tolerance of New Generations", implemented within the Interreg VI A NEXT Hungary–Slovakia–Romania–Ukraine program, residents and guests of Ivano-Frankivsk had the opportunity to learn more about the multicultural past of our city, the culture of different communities, and their contribution to shaping its unique history.

Through cultural events, stories, and getting to know traditions, we discover Ivano-Frankivsk in a new way — as a city whose history was shaped through the interaction of different peoples, cultures, and traditions.

Such initiatives help not only preserve cultural heritage, but also better understand each other, support dialogue, and build a modern European city based on respect for cultural diversity.
