#InterCities Forum “DIALOGUE OF CULTURES”
We invite everyone interested in issues related to the preservation of cultural and architectural heritage to participate in the “CULTURAL DIALOGUE” Forum!

Location: Ivano-Frankivsk, Potocki Palace complex, 5 Shpytalna Street

The forum is held within the framework of the cross-border project "Intercultural Consciousness of Multinational Cities: Tolerance of New Generations" (InterCities), implemented under the Interreg VI-A NEXT Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine program with the financial support of the European Union. The project is being implemented by the Executive Committee of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council in partnership with the Maramures City Museum (Romania) and in cooperation with the Palace Innovation Creation Space.
The agenda will include four panel discussions:
- Why is heritage underestimated and what is changing today? Historical and socio-political factors influencing public perception and (under)estimation of heritage
- Who determines the future of heritage? Initiative, legislation, and responsibility in the field of cultural heritage protection
- Examples of cultural heritage preservation: from research to practical results
- Cultural heritage as a driving force for social development
Forum languages: Ukrainian, English (simultaneous translation will be provided for participants)
