On July 19, there was a meeting of the supervisory board of the project "Research and preservation of Jewish cultural heritage in the border area" (JCulture), which was attended by representatives from Ivano-Frankivsk and Sighetu Marmaciei, Romania. At the meeting, summing up and evaluation of the results achieved by the partners within the project took place.
During the visit, our partners from the Maramures City Museum also visited the Potocki Palace and discussed the possibilities of further cooperation within the framework of cross-border programs.
The project "Research and preservation of Jewish cultural heritage in the border area" (JCulture) is implemented within the framework of the Cross-border Cooperation Programme of the EIS Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine 2014-2020, financed by the European Union. The responsible partner for the implementation of project activities in Ivano-Frankivsk is the Department of Investment Policy of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council.
