We are establishing international cooperation in the medical field!

      We met with the delegation of the regional emergency hospital of the Romanian city of Baia Mare.

      The guests came to familiarize themselves with the work of the divisions of our Central Medical Center (cardiac surgery, rehabilitation, orthopedics, emergency care, service).

      The meeting discussed the implementation and results of the joint project of Ivano-Frankivsk and Baia Mare "Altera - Alternative therapies in Maramures and Ivano-Frankivsk" and the possibilities of treating children from Ukraine.

      Attention to the development of the medical field is very important to us. Especially now. Because the war had every chance to completely destroy the medical system, but instead it pushed to find effective solutions, thanks to which medicine not only survived, but also continues to develop.

      We agreed that we will jointly prepare project applications for participation in new programs of cross-border cooperation and further deepening of cooperation in the field of medicine between the hospitals of both cities.

      The project is being implemented within the framework of the Joint Operational Program Romania-Ukraine 2014-2020 with co-financing from the European Union.
