#NEF Ivano-Frankivsk became the center of attention for innovators and scientists
Ivano-Frankivsk once again became the center of attention for innovators and scientists as the European Research and Innovation Days took place here on October 10 and 11. This is the second such event held within the framework of the New Economy of Ivano-Frankivsk (NEF) project, funded by the European Union. This time, the event brought together about a hundred participants, and additional support was provided by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
A special feature of this year's Research and Innovation Days were special guest days for business representatives, architects, engineers, designers, and communities. They had the opportunity to visit the city, get acquainted with its business ecosystem, and take part in thematic events and networking, a key element of this event aimed at establishing new connections.
This year's forum was also a kind of summary of the NEF project's work over the past 2.5 years, during which the team has been actively working to develop the local innovation ecosystem. One of the main results of this activity was the opening of the Pole Center for Development and Product Design, where the main events of the forum took place. The community formed around the project actively participated in events, roundtables, and workshops.
