       According to the results of the competition the project “New Economy of Ivano-Frankivsk” was included in the Collection of Stories “Civil Society, Business and Government – The Best Practices of Cooperation”.

     This collection was created to show the successful cooperation of the public sector, business and authorities, their effective communication and collaboration practices. In the NEF project, on the example of the development of the innovation ecosystem in Ivano-Frankivsk, the authorities, business and public sector demonstrate the positive impact of the project on various communities in the city: the business environment, the scientific community, the community of innovators and developers. Project’s activities affect and will influence on economic activity in the city in the long term.

     The NEF partners are the Executive Committee of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council, the innovation centre Promprylad.Renovation, the urban laboratory METALAB, the economic development agency PPV, and the platform Teple Misto. Each of the partners is responsible for a separate area of ​​work and jointly for the implementation of the NEF as a whole. The success of those steps and activities that have already been implemented or will be implemented within the project lies in the mutually reinforcing interaction of organizations.
