#NEF Building resilience: how to take care of yourself and your team in times of war

       We live in a time when there are a lot of stress factors - visible and invisible. As a result, the nervous system is in a state of almost constant excitement, which negatively affects personal well-being, team mood, productivity, our social relationships, and the state of society as a whole.

       We have invited a speaker who will share valuable knowledge and help you understand and better understand how to act in such circumstances. Meet Natalia Valevska, a certified trainer in the Community Resilience Model (Trauma Resilience Institute, USA), and a translator.

      At the event, we will talk about how:

• How to reduce the negative impact of stress on the body?
• How to support yourself here and now?
• How to protect the "nervous system" of the team?
• How to increase productivity in the face of constant stress?

      The community resilience model is a set of simple skills based on neuroscience that do not require time or money and provide answers to these and other challenges. Some interesting theory, practice, and answers to current questions about stress and resilience.
