#NEF We held another incredibly interesting event - networking for entrepreneurs - last week

During the first year of activity, the "New economy of Ivano-Frankivsk" project supports the Save business now crisis center, which helps local and relocated entrepreneurs. Trainings, networking, expert business consultation – all these are available to entrepreneurs for funding by European Union under the program. The speaker of the event is Oksana Melnykovych.

Oksana shared her experience of creating products based on the principle of outsourcing production capacity, we have collected her advices for entrepreneurs in a short summary: Production and brand promotion – are two different businesses, always remember this.
Before creating of own ideal product, write down its characteristics: what kind of product it is, where it is produced, in which country it will be produced – what are the pros and cons of each option, what will the composition of the product be and what will the product look like. Find productions in this sphere: check the certification, evaluate the capacities, and check the conditions in which the products are produced.
Get to know the owners of the production: build communication and good relationships – it will be very useful in further cooperation and can help in solving critical tasks faster and more efficiently. At the factory, pay attention to details: from the very beginning of product creation, put yourself in the shoes of the customer who wants to know the conditions under which the products are made. Place the production of the top-selling products at three or more factories – this way you reduce the risks, which can be connected to a lack of raw materials, force majeure at the factory, etc.
