#DAPHNE The first stakeholders' meeting
Today, on September 26, the first stakeholders' meeting of the “DAPHNE - Decarbonization of Healthcare in EU Regions” project took place, focused on discussing the aspects of conducting a context analysis of energy efficiency in Ivano-Frankivsk's healthcare facilities.
Key stakeholders were presented with the goals and objectives of the analysis, tools for ensuring energy security at enterprises and institutions of territorial communities, as well as energy management at the local level. Energy efficiency experts presented key data, highlighting the creation of energy management systems, their implementation in municipal enterprises, and the importance of energy security for communities. As part of the project, an energy efficiency analysis of the healthcare buildings in the community will be conducted, enabling a detailed study of energy consumption and identifying potential for improving energy efficiency in the future.
This meeting served as an important platform to initiate a joint discussion, exchange ideas, establish cooperation, and define priority actions for improving the energy efficiency of the city's healthcare facilities. The analysis conducted within the project will lay the groundwork for future steps in optimizing energy consumption, contributing to the sustainable development of the community, and allowing savings from reduced energy costs to be directed toward patient care.
