#SRER Opening of a modern, innovative business space in Lutsk
Representatives of the Department attended the opening of a modern, innovative business space in Lutsk, created as part of the Supporting Rapid Economic Recovery of Ukrainian Municipalities (SRER) project, which is being implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and financed by the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ).
The city of Lutsk, one of 12 municipalities participating in the SRER project, restored and renovated the premises of the former Batkivshchyna cinema “Batkivshchyna” and created a functional space for entrepreneurial and creative activities Lutsk business space The project “Supporting Rapid Economic Recovery of Ukrainian Municipalities” (SRER) is not about creating infrastructure for business, but about people.
Twelve communities united by common goals and challenges have formed a strong community of leaders and teams who support each other, share experiences, and jointly seek solutions for the sustainable development of their cities.
It is easier to overcome difficulties together and more enjoyable to share successes.
We express our sincere gratitude to Serhii Omelchuk and his team from the Department of Economic Policy of the Lutsk City Council for their warm welcome and sincere hospitality. Lutsk is charged with the energy of development and human openness.
We hope that the next step will be cooperation between the business hubs created within the SRER project.
