        In order to determine the strategy for creating an analog and digital photo workshop, the first meeting was held with stakeholders (specialists, interested users and representatives of local and related businesses). The main goals of this event were:

• determining the list and parameters of the necessary equipment and materials for the analogue and alternative photography laboratory;
• determining the technical characteristics of the laboratory space;
• determining the need for studio equipment for filming and the list of studio equipment;
• taking into account the proposals of specialists for the creation and development of the laboratory;
• market analysis: discussion of the demand for analog and alternative photography
• competitive analysis and identification of niches for development.

        We thank all the participants for their discussions and conclusions about the prospects for business development in this area and the creation of conditions for this in the Potocki Palace.

        The initiative "Building Infrastructure for Businesses Affected by the War" is implemented within the framework of the project "Support for Rapid Economic Recovery of Ukrainian Municipalities (SRER)", implemented by UNDP with the support of the international cooperation project ReACT4UA ("Application and Implementation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement in the Field of Trade"), funded by the German Government and implemented by the German federal company Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
