#SWEM The best measure of a training program’s success is the participants’ feedback!

2026.07.24

A series of training sessions on providing first aid, conducted as part of the “Sustainable Weather Emergency Management (SWEM)" project, implemented under the Interreg NEXT Romania–Ukraine 2021–2027 Programme, was successfully completed. But the most valuable outcome was not only the skills the participants acquired, but also their feedback.

After the training sessions, participants shared their impressions. Most noted that it was the hands-on format of the training that helped them feel confident in their actions and understand that in a critical situation, the most important thing is not to panic, but to act.

These words were especially pleasing to read:

“The presentation was very accessible; everything was clear, understandable, and easy to follow. I liked that everyone had the opportunity to practice.”

“The practical exercises were very useful. They’re exactly what helps you remember the sequence of steps.”

“Thanks to the organizers and trainers for their professionalism and for creating an atmosphere where it’s not stressful to learn something new.”

Such feedback confirms once again that everyone needs first aid skills. After all, an emergency can happen anywhere — at home, at work, on public transportation, or simply on the street. And sometimes, the most precious thing — someone’s life — depends on the person who happens to be nearby.

Thanks to everyone who took part in these training sessions!
