#URBforDAN Wrap-up press conference
Our very first and largest grant project has come to an end. We held a final press conference to showcase the results we had achieved.
Over the 3 years of implementation, we organised 27 public events and engaged more than 1500 stakeholders. This synergy has made the project so successful. Our main mission has been fulfilled: Vovchynetskyi Hill has become a favourite holiday destination for Frankivsk residents and visitors.
We thank each and every one of you who contributed to the implementation, gave valuable advice, helped, criticised and simply supported us. We could not have done it without you.
The project "Management and use of urban forests as a natural heritage in the cities of the Danube Region" is being implemented within the framework of the Danube Transnational Programme, funded by EU funds (ERDF and IPR and ENI). The responsible partner for the implementation of the project activities in Ivano-Frankivsk is the Department of Investment Policy, Projects, International Relations, Tourism and City Promotion of Ivano-Frankivsk City Council. More information about the project is available on the microsite.
