Conference on Democratic Governance 2024

      The Conference on Democratic Governance united mayors from all over Ukraine, representatives of central government, international partners, and civil society leaders to discuss the challenges of communities in the wake of war and find solutions for recovery.

      The conference included a presentation of the ranking of Ukrainian cities by quality of life, including Ivano-Frankivsk:

•  90% of local residents are proud to be residents of Ivano-Frankivsk.
•  Every resident of the city can easily contact the local authorities to solve their problems.
•  It is easiest to start a business in Frankivsk.

     The ranking is based on the International Republican Institute's municipal survey, which includes citizens' assessment of the quality of services in the city and the activities of local authorities.
