The final forum within the "Safe Future" project was held in the city of Baia Mare

      Representatives Department of the Investment Policy, in particular Deputy Director Oleh Sachkov, had the opportunity to attend the final forum within the framework of the cross-border project "Safe Future" (SF, 1HARD/4.3/36), of the Romania-Ukraine Joint Operational Program 2014-2020 in Baia Mare city (Romania). The main goal of the event was the final presentation of the "Safe Future" project and the video surveillance system created within the framework of the project in Baia Mare city.

      Representatives of the Department had the opportunity to visit the local patrol police department and the location of the video cameras. Also, conference participants shared experiences and summarized the outcomes.

      The project "Safe Future" (SF, 1HARD/4.3/36) is implemented within the framework of the Joint Operational Program Romania-Ukraine 2014-2020 with co-financing from the European Union ENI CBC Romania-Ukraine 2014-2020 . The aim of the project is to build four data centers in each of the partner cities: Ivano-Frankivsk, Solotvino, Baia Mare and Sighet to maintain security and law and order in the cities.
